フロンティア市場の中でも、人口ボーナスと経済成長のポテンシャルで注目されるバングラデシュ。
しかし、日本から直接株を買うハードルは極めて高い。
今回は、実際にダッカ証券取引所（DSE）で取引するために、現地の証券口座を開設した際の手順を記録しておく。

前提：なぜ現地口座か

バングラデシュに投資するETFは、現状存在しない（かつてはあったが償還された、あるいは極めて流動性が低い）。
つまり、我々が「汚職のない、かっちりした優良企業」――例えば BRAC Bank や Square Pharma といったトップティア企業を一本釣りするためには、現地の証券口座（BO Account）を開設する以外に道はない。

開設フロー（2024年時点）

1. 書類は「探す」のではなく「もらう」

非居住外国人（Foreign Investors）枠の開設フォームは、各証券会社のWebサイトから消えていることが多い（またはリンク切れで古い）。
ネットの海を彷徨って古いPDFを拾うよりも、「口座を開きたいので最新のフォームをくれ」とメールでコンタクトを取るのが、最も確実で早い近道だ。

私は BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage など、英語対応がしっかりしている大手ブローカーへ連絡をした。

Could you please kindly provide the latest account opening forms (NITA, BO, and Customer Information Form) and let me know the required documents?

Additionally, could you please confirm if the address mentioned below is the correct destination for sending the original documents?

2. 必要書類の準備

これが最大の難関だ。以下の書類には、大使館または公証役場での認証（Notarization）が求められる場合がある。
特に写真の枚数や「裏書き」の指定には注意が必要だ。

申請者の証明写真（7枚）：パスポートサイズ。
パスポートのコピー（公証済）：有効なパスポートのコピーに公証人等の認証が必要。
Nominee（受取人）の証明写真（3枚）：裏面に申請者による署名（Attestation）が必要。
Nomineeのパスポートコピー
現住所確認書類（英訳付）：公共料金の請求書や免許証などで、現在の海外住所（日本）がわかるもの。
銀行取引明細書または在職証明書（英訳付）：直近3ヶ月分。
各種申請フォーム：署名・Nomineeの署名・写真貼り付けを完了させたもの。

Checklist for Individual NITA Account

1. 7 Copies Passport Size Photograph of Applicant
2. Valid Passport Photocopy (notarized)
3. 3 Copies of Passport Size Photograph of Nominee (Attested by Applicant at the back of the photo)
4. Passport Photocopy of the Nominee
5. All the forms are attached. Please fill the forms along with signature and nominee signatures.

6. Present foreign address (outside Bangladesh) with valid proof copy (utility, telephone bill, driving license etc.) English translation certificate

7. Bank statements of past three months or employment certificate. English translation certificate

8. For businesspersons: Entity documents (Incorporation, MOA & AOA, Shareholding & Directors position etc.) or Employee certificate or statement of income reflection documents.

Note: Account Opening Forms will act as the FC Account (Foreign currency) and NITA (Non-Resident Investor's Taka Account) Account and BRAC EPL BO Account Opening Form is the trading account form.

The brokerage commission is the CDBL charge (0.40% per transaction value).
